A General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF) employee was crushed to death due to rockslide at Nimoo Qadum in Ladakh region of Jammu and Kashmir.
Official sources today said a huge rockslide took place when some GREF officials were working on Nimoo Chadar road at Nimoo Qadum, about 70 km from Zahaskar.
A JCB and Air Compressor machine were also buried under the rock, the sources said.
A police rescue team has been rushed to the area from Zanaskar, they added.
